Students get moving with cooperative games and exciting activities! Young athletes build physical skills like hand-eye-foot coordination, throwing and catching, kicking and receiving, and fundamental racquet techniques. Additionally, they learn the importance of healthy habits, fitness, and body-awareness. Students develop confidence, build positive habits, and enjoy staying active—all in a supportive and non-competitive environment.
