Nexplore Run Club encourages students to find joy in movement as they run the way they love best. Whether they’re imitating an animal as they sprint or jumping over healthy foods, each lesson helps them build strength and body awareness. This course uses interactive activities to promote teamwork and build friendships, while honing valuable athletic skills like balance and coordination. Self-assessment and reflection on performance create extra opportunity for growth and improvement, leaving runners feeling confident and ready to succeed.
